FAQ

Why learn to scuba privately with us?

We include everything in your course, there are no hidden fees and provide a true concierge diving experience. We make the process of getting scuba certified as easy and fun as possible!

You won’t get lost in a group of other scuba newbies and your instructor is able to completely focus on your strengths and allocate plenty of time to work on skills when you need extra practice. If you need another pool training day before you go out in the ocean, we will work with you to schedule an extra day to guarantee that you are completely comfortable and confident in your gear.

What happens during each day of my course?

On your pool day you will learn to build your scuba gear and complete all of your confined water training in the pool. In the eLearning course (completed prior to your pool session) you will read and learn about these skills. Once you are done at the pool, your instructor will take your gear so there’s no need to worry about securing expensive scuba gear, refilling your scuba tank, or dealing with any heavy, wet equipment.

Instructions will be provided by your instructor regarding the ocean sessions. You are more than welcome to bring a friend along to enjoy the boat ride and sunbathe, swim, or snorkel while you dive.

We will work with you on any special requests and our goal is for you to have the most comfortable, enjoyable experience while you explore the underwater world.

What kind of diving can I do after I’m certified?

When you complete your course you will receive your PADI Open Water certification card that will allow you to rent scuba gear from a dive shop. You will be able to dive anywhere in the world with another scuba certified buddy up to a depth of 60 feet.
